Haley was at a shelter in MD. We got a call one afternoon saying that they had Haley who was a very sweet lil girl, but that she was on death row and was slated to go that day. We'd already spoken with a lady who was looking for a Chow and called her immediately.

The lady immediately left work as we only had about an hour or so before Haley was to be euthanized. When she got to the shelter, she fell in love with Haley, taking her out of the shelter to her new forever home. Haley had some fear issues, but her mom and human sister have given her much love and tender-loving-care. Now, Haley is much better adjusted and is very happy in her home and with her mom.
