Loellah

Harford County is next to Baltimore County and Washington D.C. is practically in it. Loellah is a sweet chow. She is about 3 years old. She is spayed and is ok on a leash. Now she is in a kennel with 3-4 other dogs. The adopters would still have to bring their dog(s) up to meet her. She has not been around cats.
