Pooh was a 2 year old female black chow when she came to us. She is really sweet girl. Her original mom travels quite a bit and felt it unfair to Pooh to spend so very much time in kennels. So, she made the very hard decision to find Pooh another home. Pooh is a very gentle, laid back baby who is very affectionate. She is good with children as she would be with her mom's grandchildren; Pooh is a bit timid with dogs she doesn't know.

The time finally came when her mom was not going to be able to keep her anymore, so a lady who had been interested in adopting either her or Minshanko said she would be willing to take Pooh in as a foster. But we knew that we would never see Pooh at another adoption day as her foster mom loves her so. She now has a family of cats that she shares her new home with. Pooh's new mom changed her name to Lulu and brings her to see us at the store every once in a while.
