Times

Harford County is next to Baltimore County and Washington D.C. is practically in it. Times is a sweet chow mix. He is about 4-5 years old and is ok on a leash. He is neutered and in a kennel with 3-4 other dogs. The adopters would still have to bring their dog(s) up to meet him. He has not been around cats.
